Virtumonde and Vundo are almost exactly the same Trojan virus, and generally they work together to take down your computer. Vundo was one of the first strains of Virtumonde that evolved into a completely new virus, and sometimes it is harder to remove than the original virtumonde. The Vundo Trojan installs a backdoor Trojan that works as a black hole between your computer and bad internet sites which download many new viruses and programs. These new programs are the biggest threat on the internet as some have the ability to steal information such as credit card and billing information.
